SF DRIVER VIP (LimoNéo brand), 55 rue Grignan, 13006 Marseille, France, is the data controller for personal data processed through limoneo.fr. Contact: sfdrivervip@orange.fr.
1. Data collected
- Booking: first and last name, email, phone, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, flight number, comment and, where applicable, the passenger’s name and phone.
- Location: only if you click "My location" and allow it in your browser. The coordinates are only used to find the matching address and are not stored by us.
- Communications: messages sent by email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. Recipients
Data is used by SF DRIVER VIP and its chauffeurs to carry out the ride, and processed by our technical providers: the limo-manager booking platform (VTC France), which records requests, the host Hostinger and, where applicable, the online payment provider. For "My location", coordinates are sent to the French public service api-adresse.data.gouv.fr and, outside France, to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim). No data is sold or used for advertising.
4. Retention
Booking data: 3 years after the last ride or contact. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal requirement).
5. Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only stores in your browser your language choice, the closing of the information banner and the booking in progress. These are strictly necessary and require no consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: sfdrivervip@orange.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
