Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms and conditions of sale apply to chauffeur-driven transport services booked on limoneo.fr, by phone, WhatsApp or email with SF DRIVER VIP (Simplified joint-stock company (SAS), RCS Marseille 913 558 243, registered office: 55 rue Grignan, 13006 Marseille, France), hereinafter "the Provider". The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Services
The Provider offers transfers (airports, stations, ski resorts, hotels, private addresses) and hourly hire with a chauffeur, in a Mercedes E-Class, S-Class or V-Class, within the passenger and luggage limits stated for each vehicle.
2. Booking
The customer enters the journey, date, time and number of passengers and suitcases. The calculator displays a fixed price for each available vehicle. The booking becomes final once confirmed by the Provider (email, text message or phone). The customer must provide accurate information (addresses, flight or train number, passengers, luggage).
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The price shown when booking is a fixed price for the chosen journey and vehicle. Any change requested by the customer (address change, extra stop, waiting beyond what was planned, extra passengers or luggage, extended hire) may lead to an additional charge, announced to the customer beforehand.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the method chosen when booking: on board or online through a secure payment provider. An invoice is available on request.
5. Changes and cancellation
Change and cancellation requests must be sent to the Provider by phone, WhatsApp or email. The cancellation terms applicable to the ride are stated in the booking confirmation. If the customer does not show up at the agreed place and time without notice, the full price may be charged.
6. Customer obligations
Passengers must follow safety rules, including wearing seat belts. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the vehicles. Children travel with a suitable child seat, to be requested when booking. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by the passengers.
7. Luggage and lost property
Luggage remains under its owners’ responsibility. Items left in the vehicle are kept and can be collected by contacting the Provider.
8. Delays and liability
The Provider does its utmost to keep to the agreed times but is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (weather, snow, road closures, accidents, strikes, exceptional traffic) or force majeure. The Provider holds third-party liability insurance suited to passenger transport.
9. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should be sent to sfdrivervip@orange.fr. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge; details are provided on request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
